Verein TrashFurs may extend an invite for you to attend TrashCån.

This invite is non-binding, and may be revoked at any time.

Refunds

TrashCån has a no-refund policy: once you confirm your convention ticket and pay the due fees, you reserve a spot at the convention. This reservation is binding; we reserve the right to deny refunding any portion of the payment towards the convention costs, even if you end up not being able to attend.

Cleanliness

Despite the name of the con, let’s not trash this beautiful place <3 Please make sure to leave the rooms in the state you found them; don’t leave any rubbish behind and keep everything as clean and tidy as possible. Violence and harassment are unacceptable. The people responsible for any damages will be held liable.

Smoking

No smoking indoors. There are ashtrays outside you can use, but please be mindful of others who don’t smoke!

Noise

Please don’t be loud upstairs or in the bedrooms since people might want to sleep. Be sure to keep the partying and the interesting conversations in the downstairs lounge. No noise outside after 22:00! We want to be able to come back next year (:

Door signs

Please make sure your room sign does not damage the door and can be removed easily without leaving any residue.

Shoes

Please don’t wear outside shoes inside the apartments.

Sauna & pool

Please keep the sauna and pool area clean. Nudity is not allowed; remember your towel for the sauna and swimwear for the pool.

Public decency

Please keep the public spaces strictly SFW since the premises of the venue might have outside guests (e.g. at the restaurant) and hotel staff.

Day tickets

Day ticket holders need to leave the convention premises at the end of the last scheduled event of the day. It is forbidden to host day ticket holders in the hotel rooms overnight; doing so will result in the expulsion of the involved parties from the convention premises.

Behaviour

Generally speaking, don’t be a jerk — use common sense, be it towards other attendees, other guests, the venue or the hotel staff. The organisers reserve the right to expel anyone for breaking the rules or other similar disturbance. The no-refund policy applies in this case as well.
